
I’m a registered dietitian nutritionist, an author, and a mom of three — and I believe wellness should feel doable, not overwhelming.
My own journey started with a personal struggle with my weight. After losing 100 pounds and keeping it off, I made it my life’s work to help others do the same — without deprivation or all-or-nothing rules. I earned my master’s, became a registered dietitian, and built a private practice in Beverly Hills. I’ve lectured at UCLA’s Bruin Health Improvement Program for 10 semesters, and have served on the American Heart Association’s Executive Leadership Team. I contribute to the Journal of Obesity, and my work has been featured in the Los Angeles Times, The Washington Post, Women’s Health, Shape, and Health.
I created the 2B Mindset, a nutrition program that’s helped 400,000 people around the world lose weight while still enjoying the foods they love, and in 2020 I published You Can Drop It!, sharing my story and my approach.
